Registration Rates

[1] Group registration: Each group must have a minimum of 5 participants

[2] Inclusions (for delegates): Official certificate of attendance, meals (2 lunch sets, snacks, 1 socials night dinner pass), conference materials, souvenir program and certificate of completion with CPD units

[3] Inclusions (for accompanying person): Access to all session and the social nights dinner, but the following are not included: Conference Kit, Certificate of Attendance/Completion; Only one accompanying person per delegate is allowed

Registration Guidelines

Off-line Registration Procedures

Please take note of the registration fees for the #COLLABforASIA2020 and payment procedures via bank deposit.

1.

Deposit slip/s to be uploaded in the registration form for individual or group payments should contain the name/s together with the amount paid per person.

2.

One registration form shall be completed per individual. For those who paid in groups, each delegate must accomplish the registration form individually.

3.

All registration forms must be completed before the pre-registration deadline: December 30, 2019 (Group) and January 5, 2020 (Individual).

4.

Proof of registration will be sent within 5 working days. If not received, please contact us at info@phipecnet.org.

5.

Registration shall not be considered valid WITHOUT receipt of the proof of registration.

STEP 2: Prepare necessary documents for offline registration

  • Image of updated Identification Card (Professional-PRC ID or Company ID; Undergraduate student: School ID), if applicable

  • Clear image of Deposit Slip with name and amount paid per each payee

  • For International Participants: Copy of Airplane Ticket for the Conference Dates

 

IMPORTANT: Full Name/s and amount paid of all payees in the transaction must be clearly indicated in the scanned deposit slip.

STEP 5: Wait for the confirmation email.

Terms of Cancellation or Refund:

  • Request for cancellation or refund will be entertained until 15 December 2019 ONLY. Requests received starting 16 December 2019 will NOT be accepted and NOT refunded. Registration is NON-TRANSFERABLE.

  • Request for refund due to non-appearance during the conference will be subjected to the deliberation of the Organizing Committee. The decision of the Organizing Committee will be final and irrevocable.

  • Request must be made in writing and sent to info@phipecnet.org

  • A processing fee of PhP 2,000.00/USD 50 will be deducted from the paid registration fee.  

  • Onsite claiming of refunds will not be allowed. Refunded amount will be made available in the provided bank account from 15 January to 15 February 2020. Requesting delegate will be notified through email once the refund has been made.
